no pay... no stay
if i pull out the plugger, they've lost all these years of hard working
i help them as much as i can, but in the end, it's all for the money
i would understand that if they proceed with some months of tests to see that everything functions well,
that i may not ask my full pay, although this is part of the agreement
we'll see about that. normally i am entitled to, but i must be rational too
the test must familiarize them with the system, as with every test will be
15 to 20.000euros involved through purchase and selling without benefits
but i believe that once they start to pay so much for employees, they will include me in their costs with already paying me
something reasonable
once i decide that they aren't in the test phase anymore, like they start trading, then i will request the full payment
