2) They invest money and pay high lawyers fee. People that only talking, aren't usually investing anything!! But they do...
3) It's a clever business, not just a silly import-export set up. So perhaps there is still a chance that the plans unfold the way expected
The points in HIS disadvantage:
1) That although we were ready since november or february, that apparently he is still looking for the right people to work on the field. That had to be done months ago. How could he ever told me that he was ready if he hadn't the right engineer on the field?

c est pour ca que j avance prudamment, car si je brule ah je ne recommencerais pas avec une autre
si j arrive a verouiller notre histoire comme il faut on est tranquille pour tres tres tres longtemps
mais ici, si qqn veut nous suivre, on a au moins 1 an d avance .....
c est un peu comme si on a reussi a rentrer dans le grand chateau, on est dedans, il faut juste trouver la bonne orientation
on a aujourd hui TOUS les elements pour commencer, toute la structure et logistique est creer.
Mais maintenant, tous ces contrats qu on a fait, je dois les INTERCONNECTER, pour que tout fonctionne ensemble, et la je suis un peu perdu
Pour le moment on essaye de trouver une personne locale, qui connait le metier et qui va pouvoir operer notre structure.
j ai 2 candidats potentiels,
l idee c est que des que un de ces candidats est ok, tu partes a milan pour etablir le bureau.
