sometimes when many other needs are not fulfilled, you are focussing on something to hold onto and in your case that's me, while i believe you aren't satisfy with many other things in your life, job, country, life etc

don''t forget that you have done a lot in your life, you have overcome them all and these times are also a period that you will overcome and get better.  don't judge these moments, as they are just moments, but not your whole life.  so many things can still change, and you never know how fast they can change.  perhaps next year you are living in israel and are thinking about this year how far it seems to be.  as fast as it can decline, as fast as it can get better.

i am confident that once that certain other needs will be fulfilled, you will feel better again.  you know, people that are unsatisfied at work, sometimes their problems are related with their unsatisfaction at home.  

all this above, applies for me as well.  i have passed these moments, kept myself strong, believed in myself, had hope, knew that it was just a period that i had to prove myself and knew it wasn't for the rest of my life.
