the procedure to take you out is just a piece of paper
it is not planned that anyone replaces you.
but as long as the company didn't start, it's better that the company remains a "srl" which is like a Gmbh, and not a one man's company. A one man's company will not be taken seriously by some other clients or company. That is why that once we start, i can take you out and pay you back. And if you decide to leave before, yes, then i will have to find someone else or eventually they will to remain a srl.
i never lied about this. i am who's taking the risks and the blame as i am managing director and signing the contracts. you are a shareholder who can't be blamed of wrong doings. but so far nothing started yet, so everything is still clean.
once that it starts, payback can start immediately. that was the plan since the beginning.
