GAMES - INSTEAD OF PAYING BACK THE DEBT HE WANTS TO BUY THE SHARES FOR MY OWN MONEY.
When I called the bank on Dec 29, 2011 as a director I had the right to know about the transactions. Mr Barlassina told me there was 3200 on company account, so the check would have returned.
Also Mr. Horoit signed the sales agreement which stipulated payment for the shares until Dec 31, 2011 at the LATEST. He had a few months to arrange an appointment with a lawyer/notary etc - if he wanted to.

Dear Alain,

as requested, please find enclose final version of the power of attorney that Mrs Alina Polyak may execute before the German Public Notary together with the Notarial Certificate duly completed by the Notary.

Please note that in accordance by the Italian anti money laundering regulations it is not possible to pay the purchase price of € 9.000,00 in cash.

Therefore, we have indicated in the proxy two alternatives: payment by check (“assegno”) or payment by guaranteed check (“assegno circolare”).

Please note as well that due the Christmas holidays it will be impossible to arrange a meeting with the Notary for the execution of the deed of transfer of shares before 31 December 2011.

If you agree we can arrange a meeting with the Notary for the first or second week of January.

We look forward to receive the original proxy executed by Mrs Alina Polyak.
