i'm on stand by
it can be tomorrow, after tomorrow or after the weekend...
it has was already considered that if the employe is available to start immediately
that i will stay there, just as an act of presence
so that the employe isn't alone the first days
then i will probably hop every second week or just stay there in a kind of apartment-hotel
but they want to start, that is what i read now on every mail
it's normal, they are paying
even randstad, the bureau is already invoicing 2000e if we chose to interview the guys they presented...
their salary is depending on the salary they are earning now
i am free to add between 500 to 750 above their current salary
these are all people with a current job in the field
there aren't that many of them available...
as soon as they start, i'll be entitled to my money too
